1. Booking Cancellations:
1.1. Customers may request to cancel their booking by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or in person at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
1.2. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the terms and conditions of the specific travel package booked.
1.3. Trailfinders Travel Corporation reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participation. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
2. Refunds:
2.1. Refund requests for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed according to the original payment method.
2.2. Refunds may take up to 1-3 billing cycles to be processed, depending on the payment provider and banking institutions involved.
2.3. In cases where a refund cannot be processed due to non-refundable deposits or fees incurred by Trailfinders Travel Corporation from third-party suppliers, customers will be notified accordingly.
3. Change of Travel Dates:
3.1. Customers may request to change their travel dates, subject to availability and any applicable fees or fare differences.
3.2. Requests for date changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the original departure date.
4. Force Majeure:
4.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Trailfinders Travel Corporation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel bookings without prior notice.
4.2 Customers who are subject to force majeure events will have the choice of rescheduling their travel dates or receiving a full refund, less any non-refundable costs incurred by Trailfinders Travel Corporation.
5. Dispute Resolution:
5.1. Any disputes arising from this policy or related to bookings made with Trailfinders Travel Corporation shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
5.2. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team to resolve any concerns or issues regarding refunds or cancellations in a fair and timely manner.
By booking with Trailfinders Travel Corporation, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and cancellation policy. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
